Exchanges Policy for Z&L EUROPE

If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 business days from the order delivery date.


To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at communication@zleurope.com 

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reasons for the return/exchange

We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions.

 

We accept returned for Gift card or Exchange Only. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains 
  • The item does not have any odor
  • Accessories are  non-returnable
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available

Exchanges


Sale items are FINAL SALE, meaning they are not refundable nor exchangeable for different styles. Exchanges must be unworn with original tag, unused, unwashed and undamaged and receipt of the purchase is required. No exceptions.

Exchanges are limited to one time per order.


Restocking fee may apply according to the item.


Please allow us at least 10 days for exchange shipment and processing.


Orders shipped to other countries are considered final sale.


If you would like to exchange the item, you purchased for another size or color we are happy to exchange it if we have it in stock. To make sure you get the item you want before it sells out, an exchange requires you to purchase the item again in your preferred size and return the original back to us. We will ship your new order right away. Once your return has been received and processed at our inventory, we will reimburse you for the return according to your indicated choice of a refund. We are not responsible for customs fees or taxes.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.


International refund label costs will be paid by the client.

Return

Once we confirm the item has been returned correctly, a gift card will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.

Faulty Item

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that an item is delivered as faulty, we kindly request that you notify us by email within 7 business days of delivery, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
If you receive a faulty item, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new one. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a gift card of the same value.
* Faulty problems include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments.
Z&L Europe  reserves the right to address any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

Please Note:

  • Please remember to keep the tracking information for your return package. To ensure a smooth return process and for the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package. 
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Final Sale Items

Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All products are marked to clear and not eligible for a return 
Any unauthorised Final Sale items which are posted back to Z&L Europe will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

Lost Items

Z&L Europe is not responsible for customs fees, taxes. And we are NOT liable for any misplaced, lost or stolen item/s.
Z&L Europe is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.
